I'm sorry if this alarms you but I amble about, usually with a camera in my hands. You see, I love to look at things as inconspicuous as spiral patterns of dirt on the ground to as eye-catching as a meteor barreling through the atmosphere, its tail ablaze - when I can compose and capture what I see (sometimes feel) in a way that can be understood by more than just me … there’s the biggest smile on my face.
It's only a hobby because traveling costs money, but I try and go out when I can.
I also love reading and am making my way through The Overstory by Richard Powers before starting When We Cease to Understand the World by Benjamin Labatut or Bookshops & Bonedust by Travis Baldree (haven’t yet decided which). More interests (because I like lists): hiking (as long as it's not too extreme), roadtrips (as long as there're snacks), baseball (pretty much as is), relaxing at home (sometimes listening to music), music, writing (just wait until you hear about my new book idea), and spending time with family (including friends).
Thanks for taking the time to look around.
